IMPACT Strategies Consultants, LLC is comprised of a management team of three dynamic MBA’s with each having more than 30 years of diverse business experience. They bring corporate experience acquired in the Energy, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Executive Recruiting and Airline Industries.

Our consultants have backgrounds in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Workforce Development, Human Resources, and Project Management. The clear advantage of such vast business experience in one firm assures that issues are understood and appropriately addressed.

Debny Greenlee
MBA

Debny Greenlee is a partner in Impact Strategies Consultants. She oversees Company Operations and serves as Treasurer. Debny brings over 20 years of diverse Corporate experience in the Oil & Gas industry with Fortune 500 companies, having leadership experience in Wholesale & Retail Energy Operations, Project Management, Human Resources and Accounting.

Debny is a Certified DISC Trainer, and skilled facilitator. She has served in various leadership Board positions where she has implemented programs. Through an Executive Scholarship sponsored by the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council to attend Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, Debny is an alumna of Tuck's Diversity Business Program.

Vernita Harris
MBA-CMP

As the President of Impact Strategies Consultants, Vernita is constantly challenged to ensure the client’s bottom lines are positively impacted by the firm efforts. Vernita is always working on educational advancement to enhance knowledge and leverage strategic methods in a constant changing business environment.

Vernita is extremely active in the business community and has been awarded two Executive Business Scholarships from Houston Minority Supplier Development Council, which allowed her to attend Tuck’s Executive Education at Dartmouth. As a result, Impact Strategies Consultants won the Emerging -10 Award in November 2010 from the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council. In February 2016, Impact won the Houston Chapter National Black MBA Association Entrepreneur Award.

Eric Lyons
MBA

Eric Lyons is a partner in Impact Strategies Consultants and serves as business development and strategy lead with the boutique consulting firm. He has in-depth experience working with Fortune 500 corporations, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.

He is a former President & CEO of the Greater Houston Black Chamber and served as a leader, organization representative and expert resource for all Greater Houston Black Chamber programs. Lyons was also responsible for execution of Houston’s signature event for recognizing African American Business Achievement, the Greater Houston Black Chamber Pinnacle Awards.

Eric currently serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Business at Prairie View A&M University and the Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Liberal Arts and Social Science at the University of Houston.
